Event Exhibitor Details

Exhibit Space Rental Fee: $1,000

Includes:

  • 8' x 10' Booth in Exhibit Hall
  • One six foot table, tan linen, two chairs
  • One (1) full conference registration
  • 20% discount on additional conference registrations
  • 1/3 page company profile in Event conference program

Payment Terms:

Exhibitors : One hundred percent (100%) of the exhibit space rental or fee must be received by the Rocky Mountain Technology Alliance (RMTA) upon invoice, or sent to RMTA upon reservation of space/HAANS sponsorship.

Assignment of Exhibit Space:

The Exhibit Space Application will be accepted when you have received confirmation from RMTA and the exhibit space is assigned. Assignment of exhibit space locations is on a "first-come/first-served" basis. Location assignments will be made solely at the discretion of RMTA.

* The Services Form needs to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to show date to avoid additional charges.
