Mr. Oholendt served 29 years in the USAF in numerous operational and leadership positions with 26 years in fighter operations and staff positions, and his last 3 years on active duty developing new space capabilities for Air Force Space Command. As Commander, Air Force Space Battlelab, Mr. Oholendt identifi ed and evaluated emerging technologies to support space control, space support, force enhancement and force application missions. During that time, Mr. Oholendt has worked extensively with DoD, industry, civil, and national space agencies to find, evaluate and fi eld new space and missile defense technologies. For the past 5 years working in industry, Mr. Oholendt has led the development of lighter-than-air technologies for federal and commercial applications.
